Greeted warmly by staff member in red t-shirt and was offered a hot drink. Although bedframe was not available to view in store, assistant showed me online. Ruby answered all my questions, very knowledgeable of products.

The staff has good knowledge of the product and she helped us to decide. She was friendly and very helpful.

Rajina who served us was really friendly and very helpful. She was knowledgable and helped us in choosing our new mattress. At no point did we feel pressured into making a purchase, she gave us plenty of time to think it through. We will be returning to buy the mattress we have been quoted for

I have called the Tottenham Court Road store directly, since I visited it couple of days ago. The sales assistant, as promised to me during the visit to the store, bitted the lower price which I found in a different store. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and did everything to provide a very high quality of service. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and I will sertainly recommend dreams to all my friends and family!

The lady (Rajina) who help us was very helpful and she spent a lot of time with us trying to give us what we wanted while accomadating our needs. she even stayed later then the shop was open to help us finalise the order.

Both my husband and I are highly satisfied with the service we received because we felt the gentleman Mr Arvind Pandya who served us was polite, considerate and took care to show us all the products that would suit my back pain. He also made sure that he gave us all his valued time and was very sympathetic and aware of our needs. We would visit that store every time we require any product from that shop.
