Rajina was incredibly helpful in processing the order. She was particularly friendly, and made the credit check and confirmation seamless. The time I spent in the store was very pleasant, and the overall service was exceptional. Not what I was expecting when walking in, to be honest, though left feeling totally impressed with the company. Simon and Mark also assisted me with the delivery; they were positive and easy to deal with.

Nesti and Rajina saved the day by finding a mattress that we could take with us, having been let down twice by another company meant to be delivering a mattress. They went above and beyond expected help and restored our faith in human nature with their kindness and understanding of our situation.

Very helpful assistant and very friendly and interested

Narvinder pulled up the records relating to our first purchase from Dreams about 10 years ago and explained that the mattress we wanted (the same one) has been discontinued. He suggested a mattress that was similar. We were also informed about the availability of colours etc.
