Friendly, quick, efficient service from reviewing items through to completing the order. Everything was clear or explained with patience where not. 0% finance on deal. Flexibility on delivery. Treated my 13-yr old son (whose bed we were buying) with respect and made sure he was happy. Very happy that we went in here.

The staff member who helped us, Narvinder, was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He spent time understanding our needs and guided us step-by-step through the process of choosing and buying a mattress. We felt confident he was giving us honest and useful advice, and we never felt rushed or pressured. The entire team at the store was friendly and welcoming.

Staff at the store on Tottenham Court Road were very helpful but not in an intrusive way. The lady who served me was friendly and efficient and processed everything quickly and easily. Very happy indeed. Oh, good hot chocolate too, very needed on a cold and rainy day!!

Maria, Regina, chris were great of assistance and was incredibly accommodating and I was very happy with my purchase. from the start to beginning they made it easy with my order and was very pleasant experience at the dream store in Tottenham court road London.

I found the store open and welcoming, all staff, regardless of them specifically dealing with us or not were friendly and smiling. We got offered a coffee (which was needed after the working day). The representative was friendly and patient however i think the star of the show were the products, the mattress were amazing and a lot of variety to choose from. I went in to buy a double but upgraded to a king size as i loved the mattress so much :-)

We were particualrly impressed by the excellent customer service we were given by Rajina and her knowledge of the products. She explained the differences between different type of matresses on display and answered all our questions. Rajina made us feel at ease from the very start and did not put any pressure on us, she was patient and listened to our needs, and she was able to advise on the best product for us.

Rajina was extremely knowledge, very friendly and attentive without being pushy.

The service was fantastic in store and staff were extremely helpful polite and kind, I was given a lovely cup of coffee which was so amazing as it was so cold outside, Rajina and Chris both were exceptional in the service they provided me, they truly are a credit to the company and hope you will pass this message and thanks on to the both of them. 10/10 service!
