I needed a new mattress for a specific reason and I had some very direct questions. The assistant, James, was knowledgeable and helpful and answered the questions based on my needs not on moving a product. I didn’t tell him that I’m a sleep scientist and would have been sensitive to BS. He was warm and smart and gave me reason to trust him.

The lady who served us was amazing.Very polite.She could have charged 12.5% sevice charge,she was that good.

Got what I wanted with really good customer service. Everything was satisfactory.

James was excellent in meeting my needs and helping me find what I needed within the time I needed them.

James was our customer service agent. He was very friendly and helpful. He assisted us with using the Test Bed ( can't remember proper name) then showed all mattress that were recommended. We tried others aswell. He spent a lot of time with us and we didn't feel pressured at any point. Delivery was only 6 days, was very Happy with that. Price was alot more than we planned but hopefully the Mattress wi work for my husband bad back and legs so he gets a good nights sleep
