We had quick, friendly and helpful assistance from a member of staff who was extremely knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted, and found us beds and mattresses to suit. We were able to secure a delivery slot when we wanted one.

Even though it was Saturday, and busy, someone was available to help straight away. And they took the time to go through everything with me fully - whilst also giving me space to make my choice. Very impressed with the customer service.

Chris at the store solved all the issues from the order online. Online customer services were awful, passing me back and forward and cancelling my order. Lost my order date which could never be resolved. Chris restored faith with his help.

Friendly approach by store assistant, he was professional gave us advice on different kinds of mattresses. Payment was quick, delivery time not long. Got a good deal. Thank you. Can recommend to others.

When I first visited the store there was an assistant available to help me immediately. She was knowledgeable and friendly and whilst I wanted to check out other stores, I was very impressed. I returned a month later having decided to buy a Dreams bed, and when I walked through the door the same lady - Maria- immediately said "Miss Scott welcome back". I was so shocked (in a happy way) that she could remember my name - it was excellent customer service. I bought the bed straight away. One of my pet hates, is having to wait 6-8 weeks for any piece of furniture to be delivered. What I loved about Dreams was the quick delivery time (I have a date booked in for 27 October which is only 2 weeks waiting time). I hope it goes smoothly, because I was really impressed with that.
