The salesperson who assisted us (Nesti) was extremely helpful and talked us through the various options. In order to assist us he also brought our attention to discounts that were available, which helped us a great deal.

The woman who helped me, Rajina, was extremly knowledgable, friendly and efficient.

I was very satisfied when I went to the Tottenham Court Road store this morning. I have purchased the Harrogate headboard. Upon entering the store the first thing I notice is that it was immaculately clean. I was approached by one of the salesteam her name is Maria. The service I received from her for brilliant she really helped me with my purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the product and very professional in her work and very immaculately dressed. She was professional withou be pushy. She is an asset to you company. I look forward to receiving my headboard next month. I did lots of research and found the Harrogate headboard the most suitable for my requirements. Jackie fage

The Sales Assistant (Maria, Tottenham Ct. Rd. store) was really friendly and helpful - she made us feel quite relaxed about our purchase, guided us through every step, and we didn't feel pressured to make the purchase...which to my mind is a very important factor indeed! We are also given as much time as we wanted to ensure our purchase was definitely right for us.

The service we received at Dreams was excellent. Rajina was extremely helpful in understanding our needs, as well as our budget. Her product knowledge was great and she was able to offer good advice on which mattresses she thought would be more appropriate. Also, we didn't experience her as being pushy and she allowed us time to think and choose the product/s that we went for. Overall, she was very friendly and we were very happy with the service we received. We will definitely be coming back!

Our first reception by Regina was a friendly, cheerful person.She had great knowledge and compared products as to meet our expectation. At the end of the day we have received fabulous treatment by the sales team and got mattresses and pillows for our home. Lastly, the Redbull drink provided was a good stimulant to get our strength back after a long day shopping.

Regina and Chris were very helpful. I came in twice to this store and both occasions they were helpful and knowledgeable.
