Dreams - Tottenham Court Road

We had a very lovely store attendant that helped us, with an energetic and bubbly personality.

I knew exactly what I wanted and that was fully accepted by the store staff - some stores try to get you to change your mind - I will be completely satisfied when I get a delivery date ....... that's the only niggle at present.

staff were incredibly friendly, surprisingly so as I'd not really expected it. Nesti, helped me, I explained I wanted new mattress and possibly bed frame, talked about bad back stuff etc. he showed me several mattresses straight away, with pillow etc, was very charming and helpful. I'd not intended to spend quite as much as some of the upstairs mattresses and downstairs I was then shown one in my exact price ragne, that felt even better than the upstairs ones. What impressed me most was there was zero hard selling from Nesti, he totally took it at my pace, with my expectations etc and got me exactly what I wanted. As I was feeling so positive about it, I then actually piced a bed frame as well, rather than going to john lewis as I had planned!

The customer service advisor was great at helping me with the measurements and advice on the strength of the bed.

The store assistant Rayina was particularly friendly and helpful and made the process of choosing our new mattress a pleasure. We ended up spending more than we were planning to.

The sales assistant ( Maria) was very friendly and helpful, just been to Feather and Black and service in Dreams was 100% better than them!!! The shop was clean and you felt comfortable laying around trying out the beds again in F&B the mattresses looked dirty and felt old. i wasn't rushed and felt i was given all the knowledge i needed to make the right choice of mattress!!! thanks.
