Dreams - Tottenham Court Road

We were first greeted by Maria floor assistance, who talked us through the beds and mattress. She answered all our questions and went to ask for information she was unsure of. As Maria being new she kindly passed us over to Michael who processed our order. Again very helpfull and discussed with us about the work dreams have been doing with the fostering network, we are foster carers and we felt it is wonderful that dreams are active with fostering network, Michael helped me through the paper work always making sure i understood and was clear about the agreement and order. I felt very happy and confident as i left feeling clear minded about my order. Great outstanding staff

Chris was so helpful and he asked the right questions to understand our needs and shared options filling our needs. It is not an easy decision to make when it comes to select the right mattress. The 40 night policy is another reason that we decided to buy our mattress from Dreams.
