Chris was a great sales person, understood our need and entertained our toddler while we were testing mattresses

The price was good and the very quick delivery was great!

We first went into the store about a month ago with no idea about the sort of bed and mattress we wanted. We spoke to Chris who took us through the whole process of trying out each mattress to find the right one. At the time, we found the right bed but we're not in a position to order that day. Because of the excellent service we received we decided to go back to Chris this week to place our order. Throughout we found him friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff were very quick and very willing to assist. The staff member who dealt with me - Regina - was very professional, could relate to/understand much of what I was saying about my situation and was obviously at ease with customers and good at her job.
