Dreams - Tottenham Court Road

Me and my Partner visited 3 Dreams stores overall while searching for a mattress. It took a little longer than usual as we were debating about buying a Tempur. In the end we decided to take the plunge! The final store we visited - Tottenham Court Road - was by far the best. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and served by Paul. At no point did we feel like he was forcing a sale on us. He was incredibly patient with us as we bounced from one Tempur mattress to another while trying to decide and was very knowledgeable and friendly. When going through all the finance paperwork we were offered tea/coffee which was a really nice touch. The team in itself seem to gel really well and it looked like everyone genuinely liked working together which is always lovely to see. Paul managed to find a delivery date just 5 days away which was fantastic and he answered all of our questions thoroughly. Overall we can't rate your Tottenham Court Road store highly enough. Thank you Paul!

Very friendly staff, in particular Arvind Pandya and his colleague Chris who went out of their way to find exactly the guest bed I was looking for. Very good product knowledge and ensuring to get the right product for my needs.

The staff member who helped me (Paul) provided excellent customer service. He explained all my options and he was an enormous help. I had been thinking about buying a mattress from an online store - but the customer service provided by Paul was miles ahead of anything I would receive online.
