Nesti was very helpful, welcomed me in and let me know where everything was and the different kinds of mattresses available. And then left me alone to have a look around, which is good, until I'd made a decision and then he was available immediately for me. The ordering process was swift and efficient. A spot on experience.

The man who helped me, Chris, was great. He didn't do the hard sell, just showed me the products I was looking for and gave me the space to make up my mind. This is the approach I prefer.

We were served by Nesli who was a true gentlemen. He was very knowledgeable about the product, really friendly and we did not at all feel like he was pushing us to make a sale like salesmen often do :-)

I was very well served by Prince who offered his expertise and was very directly (made me a coffee). The order placement was done smoothly and quickly. Prince stayed well after hours to finish my order - I came to store just before closing.
