We Went to Tottenham Court Road Store and was served by Mr. Bekele. He had a very good knowledge of the products in store, was patient, listened to our needs and was very friendly. He suggested us Tempura mattress after looking at our needs and we were highly satisfied with his service.

The sales assistant (Leon, Tottenham Court Road) was excellent - friendly, helpful, left us alone when needed, didn't try to push / sell products.

The assistant new in detail about all the products was helpful and was not pushy, easy to chat too.

The staff was really helpfull. I was there to buy just a matress and bed and finish with buying a lot more including sheets, pillows and duvet.

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Bekele, who was very friendly and not pushy at all. After listen to us, he took us straight to the pillows that met our needs. He also gave us great information on the product and informed us about store deals. Very efficient and informative.

I had researched the divan bed I required on line and had very good advice from your on line help. I then visited your TCR store and was greeted immediately by Mr Arvind Pandya. Not only did he know and agree with my choice of bed, he suggested improvements on the specification (slide drawers) and other refinements. He then made sure that all my specifications had been met and he did the paperwork and ensured that everything was as I wished before proceeding to payment. I am really impressed how easy he made my purchase and, if the delivery and installation/collection goes as smoothly, I will be very impressed.

I walked in not knowing if I would find a bed, and found a bed I did not know i could afford. It is great. (Tempur)
