She really went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. My expectations were exceeded during this visit and I will certainly recommend anyone to buy in Dreams, based on the level of service I received today. Chris did an amazing job. He was friendly, helpful, available and not overbearing. He listened, offered help where we were Interested, gave real life anecdotes that relates to him and connected with us and he spent t the time to go through beds and mattresses with us. It was a real pleasure chatting and dealing with Chris, I would highly commend hum on his work.

I really enjoy my visit to dreams store, I was allowed to browse the store to find the mattress that would suit me best and when I needed help to set the order I was attended without any time wasted. I was pleased with the service provided.

Michael was very knowledgable and gave honest answers to the questions and observations I made. He said hello as soon as we walked in and made sure we knew the difference between the mattress types and selection of frames.
