Thomas and Michael were helpful and friendly. I explained my budget and they worked to ensure that we stayed within that.

The customer service was excellent. Leon met me as soon as I walked into the store with a "Welcome to Dreams!". I already knew which product I was after, and he helped me find it, give it a quick check over and make sure there wasn't an alternative I'd prefer, and then chatted with me while we were buying it. I was expecting to just pop in, buy it and leave as a relatively bland and forgettable experience, but actually ended up having a nice conversation about the same area of London that we live in, and got a recommendation for a local bar too. Winner!

The moment I walked into the shop, Rajina the shop assistant came to ask me if I need any help. She is very professionable, knowledgeable about the products and helpful. She answered all my queries.I feel at ease with her.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I 1st visited on Friday 6th May and as a first time buyer I had lots of questions but the staff remained very patient and were very informative. I returned on Monday 9th May to make my purchase.
