I had been in twice before and had a look around. Jeff the advisor came and spoke to us originally and showed us around and explained things. We then left to have a discussion. We then returned and although names weren't exchanged on the original visit. Jeff recognised me and my wife which was fantastic. He was also trying to help us with our current matrice with the issue we have with it. In the end we decided to buy a new matrice instead. He was polite and helpful explained different matrice types and also the difference between the tempur matrices. Once we had decided to go ahead and buy the matrice Jeff took us through all the relevant details. With the discount and 0% interest on the purchase I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this site and Jeff to anyone looking for a new bed or matrice. He's helpful and knowledgeable and never ever pushes you.

I went to Tottenham Court Road today and was served buy a Gentleman called Leon I could not of asked for better service he was very knowledgeable very polite and the service he provided was excellent and I would certainly recommend Leon to my family and friends if they want to purchase from dreams😀

Went in with a vague idea of what I wanted and lots of questions about payment plans, some jargon, bedding and such. Jeff was very helpful and polite in answering my questions and concerns, speaking with expertise and being very accommodating as I had to discuss various decisions with my partner. Came out with a product that I am very happy with and can have it delivered to my convenience.

After suffering with a bad back I am now looking forward to having my bed delivered and fitted and the old one taken away it is a very impressive service you offer.
