Jeff at the Tottenham Court Rd branch (though he was actually from a different branch normally, possibly High Wycombe?) was very helpful indeed - even remembering us from our first visit 2 or 3 weeks earlier. The options for bed and mattress were explained very clearly and he wasn't pushy, so we made the decision in our own time.

We were shopping for just a mattress. After browsing and finding several good products we were unable to clearly identify from the communications on offer which products were suitable for our price range. We were about to leave when approached by a knowledgable member of staff who highlighted relevant products and gave us all of the information we needed as well as space to make our decision.

During my visit to your store I found the experience with the staff to be most satisfactory and accommodating. The assistant was very helpful by working within my budget. I ended up with purchasing a mattress which was slightly above budget, however the assistant managed to set up a payment plan in order to benefit my needs.

The assistant who served me was absolutely first class and she spent a long time with me showing me all the different mattresses & styles of beds
