The staff member was called James, who was so polite, helpful, patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. From start to finish he was professional, friendly and really efficient - a great combination. Really, really nice experience at the store because of this. Will definitely want to come back again as staff that genuinely engage positively with the customer are the most important part of a shopping experience (in my personal opinion).

Extremely knowledgeable and Jeff went out of his way to guide us speedily through the difficult process of choosing a mattress to suit both of our different sleeping styles and preferences.

Great service from a member of staff called Micheal.I knew exactly what bed frame I wanted and had no idea about which mattress to buy.Micheal asked me lots of questions about how I like to lay in bed and then gave me advice on which mattress to try.I couldn't make up my mind and Micheal was very patient with me.Overall a really great service.
