We had previously visited John Lewis, where we received no help. However James was extremely helpful and efficient and answered all our questions.

James and Jeff were truly helpful, they cared like they were choosing the mattress for themselves. My wife and I received extraordinary customer experience.

Thomas helped me during the three visits to the store and took time to explain me the technical characteristics of each product i tried, together with asking questions about my taste and my habits

We were able to find a very comfortable mattress at the price we had hoped to pay, and an ottoman bottom. Thomas was very helpful.

Staff were immediately on hand to assist and were knowledgeable about the products. We were given as much time and room to try the products as we wanted and didn't feel pressurised at any time. We would not be able to find the product cheaper elsewhere, but just in case we did we were offered a refund of the difference.

Very efficient service, given plenty of time to try out products, staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Offered drinks and staff cut straight to the chase instead of trying to sell additional products to us.
