The bed I saw online was available in the shop on sale. The sales assistant, Jeff, was available as soon as I walked in the door. When I was sure I wanted to make a purchase, he made me a coffee and quickly established the bed could be delivered that Sunday - exactly when I needed it to be. He was friendly and professional and organised everything really quickly and easily for me.

I was served by Jeff, who was polite, helpful and knew the products well.

The process was clear, pleasant and easy

I thought Thomas did a good job- thoughtful, knowledgeable and understood our needs (my wife is an A&E doctor working nights and getting in and out of bed wakes each other up).

Friendly staff, offered advice then left me to browse and decide without sales pressure!

Thomas the gentleman that served us had brilliant product knowledge, he was extremely helpful and not too pushy. My partner and I also really enjoyed his dry humour, it added a joy to what we were anticipating to be a stressful outing. The colour system that is in place in your store to help find the correct mattress was great and we found it to be very helpful. In addition to this, there was a good range of beds downstairs for us to choose from. Thomas remained on hand throughout the hour or so which we were browsing, when he had other customers he made sure he came and checked in with us on a regular basis, offering us beverages occasionally. He was also due diligent in the way that he organised the delivery date of both the mattress and bed frame we ordered. We would like to take this opportunity to thank him for all his help and dedication to his job, he made us feel very welcome and more inclined to come back and recommend Dreams.

From the first visit a few days before through to my last visit and purchase, Thomas was an absolute star. He was helpful, knowledgable of the products and a genuinely lovely and interesting man - he went far above and beyond what I would expect. I have recommended Dreams to friends off the basis of his help. It's rare to experience such excellent customer service but not only did Thomas help me purchase the product I needed he brightened my day with his friendly manner. A real pleasure. The assistant approached us immediately and started discussing our needs as well offering useful and essential information on the different products. He was not pushy yet informative and my husband and I were very impressed with the level of knowledge. Overall we felt like we were being taken care of and most importantly all the questions we needed answering were answered and much more that we didn't even realise was also important to know!
