A wonderful man called Jeff helped me in the Tottenham court road store. He was helpful and kind.

I did like the store and the staff how were welcoming .

Lee was extremely helpful, informed and attentive. Annie finished the process and was also very helpfull and kind.

This was our first purchase from Dreams. We went to the store on Tottenham Court Road (011) at least 4 times before making the purchase. To the extent that a couple of them recognised us and came and spoke to us rather than thinking that we are just wasting their time. The staff were extremely helpful in giving us all the information that we needed and running through the finance options. They were friendly and not pushy at all. Special thank you to Rajina and Jeff for serving us yesterday and Aamir for patiently showing us all the beds and helping decide on the one that is perfect for us. I'm very certain that most of our future purchases will be with Dreams.

the speed of the transaction and not time wasting.

We recently purchased a new apartment and walked into Dreams with not much of an idea as to what we need in terms of mattresses. But Rajina, our Dreams' colleague was very helpful and assisted in getting the perfect mattresses.

Rajina was a wonderful sales. She was more than helpful.

Ali was wonderful, he went far and beyond the call of duty to find me a mattress that was in stock. This was not easy as apparently super king is not a popular size in the UK!

My husband and I were looking to purchase a new mattress and on entering the store we were met by one off the staff who welcomed us and introduced himself as Amir. He was very helpful and professional offered us tea/coffee and in the time we were in the store he allowed us to try out the mattresses for comfort.after we decided what mattress we wanted to purchase he took us to his desk and completed our transaction.
