I was straight away greeted with a smile from the staff and a welcome - I was allowed to browse around before asking for help. there is nothing worse than a sales assistant following you or hassling you which i appreciated. When I then was ready to ask questions they were very helpful.

I was very impressed and very satisfied with everything. Lee was knowledgeable, asked me all sorts of questions to find out what the right mattress was for me. I know nothing about mattresses having not bought one for 8 years or more. After listening to me the first mattress he showed me was the one I bought. He also sold me 2 wonderful pillows and a mattress protector. There was no hard sell, just a lot of professional help.

Hajara was immediately available and assisting us in our search and purchase of our products.
