I phoned the branch and spoke to Rajina over the phone and she confirmed which products were in store before I arrived. Rajina advised me to ask for her when I came in store as we had previously had a conversation. When I went in store I was approached straight away and directed to Rajina. She went through all the pro's and con's with me and with her help and knowledge I purchased the best products for me.

The assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and didn't pressurise.

Lee was excellent and after listening to our requirements immediately showed us the perfect products. He seemed extremely knowledgable and friendly and i can honestly not remember ever receiving such good service anywhere.

Rejina was knowledgable and friendly, helping us find the mattress, bed and pillows to best fit our needs.

I've visited John Lewis before and couldn't find any mattress that suited me. I was really happy about the products on offer at Dreams as well as the price offers / deals.

The staff were readily available and very polite.

Went to Dreams on 180 Tottenham Court Road. Found the bed we wanted and was able to test the product before purchase. The Dreams employee Annie was knowledgeable and was efficient in processing our order.

The sales assistant was extremely friendly and helpful. At times I felt that there was some pressure being applied to purchase the insurance cover, but the assistant quickly picked up on what I was looking for and collected the costings etc as soon she could.
