Dreams - Tottenham Court Road

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams as two workers in particular (Annie and Lee) were extremely friendly, funny and helpful, making sure I got just what was right for me!:)

I had never bought a mattress before. I had not idea the different kind of mattresses that exist, I was confused, but Lee help me and gave all the information that I need without any pressure. I made my own decision, I have an excellent adviser.

The experience of buying a mattress was quick and easy and the sales person was friendly and efficient.

We were assisted by Ahmed at the Tottenham Court Road branch. We were looking for a firm mattress and he took us through the various options, displaying clear expertise as to what was available and the merits of each mattress. He explained the details of the mattress exchange guarantee and did not push us to purchase the most expensive of the mattresses we tried. In the end, we were pleased with what we ordered today and Ahmed was able to be flexible on price in relation to the pillows we were also purchasing. Let's hope the mattress proves to be as good as today's service!

We were attended to straight away by Amir at the Tottenham Court branch. He asked us what we were looking for and presented us with a range of mattresses that would suit us. He clearly understood what we were looking for. He was able to explain the differences in the mattresses and helped guide our decision making. Amir was very helpful and patient, and attentive. I have previously purchased from Dreams, 15 years ago and the service remains at a high standard. Having just visited John Lewis where there was no one available to help us, this was a breath of fresh air.

Annie - the sales person - gave us the right balance of time to answer our questions, and time for us to consider the mattress by ourselves. Friendly and professional.
