Your sales assistant, Amir, was very helpful and also matched (in fact bettered) a lower price we were offered elsewhere on accessories. The whole experience was relatively quick and easy. We also received useful advice/feedback on the type of product we should purchase, which was important given the price we were about to pay.

Assistance was great and thorough and knowledge of products was very informative and helpful i was able to make an informed decision fairly quickly.

I was incredibly impressed by the excellent customer service (from Ali and Ahmed). Although I was only making a small purchase (two tempur pillows), the staff were really attentive and enthusiastic about providing information about the products, showing me alternatives, explaining about other products, etc... I was given 5 star service and made to feel valued as a customer. I also appreciated not being given the hard sell, but left feeling I was responsible for the choice I'd made and really looking forward to using it. I liked the rapport between the staff, who seemed to be happy in their work environment (something I feel is important), and I enjoyed the humour but professionalism of the staff. I am now saving up to buy a tempur mattress, which I will return to Dreams to buy. Thank you to both Ali and Ahmed - excellent job!!
