Dreams - Tottenham Court Road

I bought two slumber-land mattresses six years ago from breams tottenham court road branch the where very good and the serves was great we needed new ones so i rang the same store and spoke to Ali and bought two hypnos mattresses the serves and delivery was great and very helpful i have and will recommend breams to everybody i know thank you for a great serves and great delivery serves .

Our assistant Annie at the Tottenham Court Road store was excellent in all her help and advice.

I had already bought a smaller bed in the same range and found it very comfortable so returned to get a new bed for the master bedroom. It was very good value offer.

Staff were friendly, available and knowledgeable. Ahmed was patient and helped us find what we needed.

I didn't actually visit the store, I called in as I needed to order a mattress urgently. I had previously been told in the Clapham High Street store that i wouldn't be able to order it but that the Tottenham Court Road store had it in stock, so I called, spoke to someone called Ali, and he really was very helpful and efficient in helping me place my order.

The delivery time was brilliant and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Thank you guys it was bloody fantastic we are very happy and over the moon. Wish you all a Merry Christmas

Excellent service

The lady who assisted us was very friendly and knowledgable, despite just needing two pillows she was happy to find the right pillows for our needs. She brought a range over to show us and talked us through the benefit of each. This made it a lot easier and stress free purchase as all the information we needed was coming from the sales assistant!

The staff (Amir) was very friendly and attentive. They listened to the feedback I gave as I tried various mattresses and suggested good mattresses to try.
