The service was fast and efficient. There was a large choice and I could mix and match.

I had a shortlist so i was quite an easy customer but the assistant was helpful and knowledgeable, suggesting alternative products in case I hadn't thought about them and explaining the delivery process clearly.

Knew what we wanted, the assistant pointed us in the right direction. Really quick and easy. Will definitely use again in the future

The assistance Ahmed made choosing a bed simple and unpressurised. He asked me my needs and budget, showed me which beds which might meet my needs and gave me the space and time to try them out without feeling pressurised. Afterwards, we discussed my thoughts on the beds, looked at pros and cons, he gave me quotes for two beds and once again gave me the space and time to think before I made a decision. I returned a few days later. Ahmed wasn't available so I received assistance from Annie, who processed my purchase. I like that she acknowledged her colleague Ahmed on the sale. She was also friendly and helpful.

Pam who assisted us was both friendly and knowledgeable. She struck the right balance in being helpful but not pushy. Good coffee too!

Came to the store looking for my dream bed and I got the nicest service. Ali and Ahmed were very friendly and generous we found a nice bed which hopefully will be my dream bed :) I even got guarantee for 8 years in case anything happens.
