Was welcome in a very polite and caring way by Nesti, that explained to me what they had in stock and what was available.I did ask for a specific model. He Showed me another furniture in a coulour that was close to what i was in doubt about. Which i appreciate. The only think about stock was not having another model in wood. Which I tried to find online, but nothing to my liking.

The member of staff who served me was very knowledgeable and friendly. He did not try to push the sale overly hard and made the process enjoyable.

Very helpful staff member (I think her name was Bea). Was fitted for a mattress which saved me a lot of time. Staff cleaned and sanitized every bed I time we tried one.

Larry was very good at understanding my needs. Although he offered me further products he knew I did not want them and respected that

James was polite, knowledgable and helped us a lot in selecting the mattress. His assistance was very helpful. We believe we found a good product although this has still to be delivered and we have to sleep on it for a while before knowing for sure. Overall great experience, we needed a mattress and we walked out of the store with what we believe is a good order not long afterwards.

The gentleman who served me was very courteous and helpful He was very informative about the products on sale He was very patient and understanding and the whole experience was very pleasant .He had excellent people skills and I didnot feel at all pressurised into having to buy I knew that I was buying the products because I had been so well informed
