Great service, very quick delivery time. Hayden and Jerome were really helpful when it came to the delivery. The customer service has been great and we've decided to stick with our mattress, which we're very happy with.

Very friendly customer service, who didn't show me or wanting to 'force' me to buy the most expensive stuff right at the start. Instead showed me around based on my comments but reminded me to try out all mattresses nevertheless. I knew I wanted a Tempur mattress from the start so did buy expensive nevertheless in the end. But her friendliness and not 'jumping on the customer', kept me in the shop... Delivery: I asked for delivery on day of my property completion. Obviously my keys where not ready by the time of my delivery slot. The driver was flexible enough to accommodate the time of delivery such that I could complete and then take over the mattress. Again great service!

Came into the store and staff were very friendly and welcoming, was able to assist in finding the right bed for my son. Delivery team were outstanding, came in and put it all up in no time, very friendly and helpful.

I jus arrived from miami and didnt have any knowledge of buying beds in uk. Ali gave me tremendous service and i got exactly what i need and got me a quick delivery. Hats off to Ali and team TCR. :)
