Annie was an excellent sales assistant, helping me choose the right tempur mattress

My daughter had used dreams a few years ago and I wanted the same mattress, they looked up her purchase which was 2010 and got the mattress that I wanted.

Ali was very helpful when he noticed we needed help instead of coming straight to us. It is always good to walk in the shop and have some time to walk around before you want to speak to someone. He then helped us on what we wanted to see. You had everything you wanted to try, in this case we wanted to check the difference between the range of the Tempur mattresses, you had the full range on display which was amazing and Ali guided us to them. He then explained why we should the one we got, and it wasn't about upselling on his side but really explaining what we needed. So just a great skills on his part.

The delivery was excellent.

Got the bed I wanted at a good price, staff knew their products and prices, and quickly understood my needs (as a landlord)

Customer service was great, Gentleman who served us was patient even though we came in before and had looked around. We took a long time deciding what to buy and he helped us by giving us his opinion and advice based on what I told him I liked
