Kelso was very good

We were served by Kelso who was very attentive and listened to what we were looking for. Kelso knew the product range inside out and provided excellent customer service. We left the store feeling very well looked after and satisfied with our purchase.

Came in off the street not intending to buy but thinking about purchasing at some point somewhere for a new matress. Kelso, was very helpful, pointing out the sale and a matress he thought was great value... I enjoyed the matress and decided why not?..again, Kelso was a knowledgabe and helpful member of your team. Which gave me confidence in making this large purchase.

Kelso, the sales person who assisted us, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, customer focused and provided very helpful information to help us in deciding on our needs. He made very valuable recommendations, that we hadn't thought of. Extremely pleased and went beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed!

We needed help to find the mattress that would suit both our needs, straight away Ahmed(our sales person) took us through the mattresses he thought best fit our brief and then also went on to help us find the best value for money too... We were so impressed with his knowledge of the products and how helpful he was from the very beginning right through until the end of sale. We would certainly come back to Dreams if we were in the market for another mattress.

i was approached by your sale's representative immediately i walked in your dreams shop door. and he showed me the mattrasse i wanted as i told him the name of the Tempur.

Quick, straight forward excellent service. Really nice ambience in the store. Ali had a great sense of humour and genuine friendliness about him. Knew a lot about the products and made the rather dull notion of spending twenty minutes in a bed store much more fun. Assuming the bed lasts 10 years I will return there to buy another.
