I was greeted immediately by Ali on Tottenham Court Road and he totally looked after me - with absolute attention to being helpful but not remotely pushy. He was excellent.

My experience at dreams was extremely satisfying as I received an exceptionally friendly and helpful service as soon as I stepped into the store, the staff provided me with a lot of their time explaining and showing the different ranges according to my specification and where happy to answer all the questions I had. The purchasing process was really smooth and quick. I was given the best offer available for my purchase. All the staff where really helpful and approachable, I would love to go back to the store for another purchase !!!
