Your colleague Kelso welcomed us and was very friendly and professional. Although the store is smaller than others we have been to, this one had all the to products and the store is very clean.

I could not have asked for better service than I received from Silvia and Ali. Informed, knowledgable and patient Silvia took every step to enquire of my needs and gave extremely professional advice on satisfying those needs. The product will not be delivered for a while, at my request, but the purchase experience was beyond first class. Dreams should be proud to have such people on board.

The visit was so pleasant and enjoyed our time at the store. Ahmed was fantastic and really it was his approach towards us that made us buy.

We received excellent help from Kelso during our visit. He was very knowledgeable and found us just the right bed.

The salesman knew what he was talking about an therefore was able to help and advise us with the choice of mattress, colour matching of headboard with the base... We didn't waste any time in the shop

We visited Dreams twice in order to decide which bed to buy. Ali was really helpful on our first visit in understanding our needs and spent a lot of time with us discussing various options. When we came back a week later, it was great to be welcomed by a friendly face, and Ali was really patient in talking through our options again. Once we had decided on which bed/mattress we wanted to buy, Ali and Pam got together and managed to offer us a good price for the bed and mattress that we wanted. It was amazing to have such attentive staff. Ali was really good at listening to what we wanted, and did not waste time discussing unnecessary options. I'd recommend Dreams to friends and family based on the strength of the customer service provided.
