Silvia, who served us was attentive without being overbearing and helped us get teh best possible deal.

The whole process was an absolute dream - Pam was friendly and ultra-efficient and to top it all, on the first night in our new bed I slept better than I have done for years! Couldn't have asked for more.

The sales consultant remembered my call from two days before and took us straight away to the item we were interested in. He demonstrated the ottoman bed and encouraged my son to lift the bed. He also explained about the different mattresses, firmness, life expectancy etc.

The sales assistant who helped me was a man called Ali.He had a great knowledge of all the matresses and was very patient with me as I was quite undecided.The great thing is with dreams is your not pressured in any way to make a quick decision.I had a budget and I am very happy with all the service I received.Will defiantly shop with dreams again.
