Had bought a bed in March and when delivered some of the parts were faulty. Dreams customer service sent me a voucher which I spent in store. The service was excellent and I am very happy with my purchase. I would shop at dreams again

The lady (Silvia) that served us was extremely friendly and went out of her way to assist in finding the item that most suited us. She allowed us plenty of time and encouraged us to think about our decision. She had extensive product knowledge and provided us with the benefits of shopping with Dreams that we would be unlikely to receive elsewhere.
