The way that they made me feel welcome and comfortable and the knowledge the lady had of the products made me feel safe to buy them. Health and safety was also excellent.

The visit was smooth and seamless from the moment I arrived. James, the assistant who helped me, was knowledgable about the products, he took the time to listen to my requirements and he was patient and let me take the time I needed to make my decision about what mattress to purchase

I shopped twice for the two items we bought. Both times the salesperson was professional, attentive, responsive and friendly. On the second visit when both of us could visit we received eaqual service and at that time we purchased the items.

Nesti was brilliant and helpful. I did not expect to walk out of the shop with a mattress but I'm happy I did. The Sleep matching tech is interesting and was entertaining. The shop is a bit worn down but the people and products are great

James (TCR) was friendly in his approach and encourage me to feel free to try out the products. He was knowledgable about the products he was selling. He took time to show my alternatives to what I could see. I was pleased with the speed that he processed my order.
