The shop assistant who helped us was extremely kind and patient, available and discreet at the same time, leaving us enough time and space to decide. She even advised us where to go for lunch. Overall she was a great sales person and made our time in the shop very enjoyable. Her name is Silvia.

In the bed stores I would never expect someone to explain the benefits of even small items like mattress protector. I really felt an important customer at Dreams TCR. I would always go to this Dreams where every customer is important customer regardless of how big or small the order is. Well done Dreams!

We was satisfied with a lady called silvia in the store she was so friendly and she told us euerything about beds and to tried each one out before we bye which we did to the bed mattress and even pillows so very pleased

I found exactly what I was looking for. Pam was very helpful and helped me find the right matress (wich was not easy I am very picky)

I used the company to buy for myself and my clients a few times and knew some of your staff when they were at the knightsbridge store so I am a familiar face. however one of my clients is not very satisfied with her mattresses ( 4 ) so I made an appointment for a visit by your surveyor and their response was completely unsatisfactory as they said that the mattress has gone down 13 mm and this is not enough to replace them . I am visiting your store in Tottenham Court road tomorrow Sunday and will see what can be done as the staff there are very helpful

The staff members were all fantastic. Ahmed, Amir and the store manager Pam all looked after me. Its hard to find some excellent customer serives now a days and wasnt expecting to be offered a cup of coffie by the manager Herself.
