Good all around service

Good customer service (though took a while for anyone to come and help us). Efficient but didn't feel we were pushed into anything we didn't want, even though we were shown options.

We were looking for a mattress and found just the right one thanks to their very friendly and knowledgeable costumer service. I am highly satisfied with the experience and will definitely recommend Dreams to family and friends.

Knowledgeable friendly staff, good range of products on show, competitive prices. Happy with the flexibility of delivery and also the 40 nights offer with the ability to change mattress if desired.

Shopping at Dreams was a excellent experience. I was offered tea or coffee on arrival. The mattress I wanted to look at was on show and the Store Manager was patient and extremely helpful when I wanted to double check that was the one I definitely wanted and compare it to others.
