I was satisfied. One does not need to always be ‘Highly Satisfied’. Lower prices, greater range of products, more reliable computer system…all of these might have resulted in ‘Highly Satisfied’. As it was, I was satisfied with my experience in Dreams and I can’t say that is always the case with other shopping experiences.

I went to the store on Wednesday and was quoted a discounted price. When i came back on Thursday to purchase, the discount was taken off. I was not fully convinced why!

Was confusion around mattress topper and mattress wanted both delivered to my house, not one delivered the other in person.

There was no hand sanitiser in the store I visited. I'm a bit weird with surveys and rarely give highly satisfied over what is fundamentally just a shop experience.

The mattress I bought was reduced from £1480 to £740. I wondered if I was being conned. I know it is a selling trick to show an item at an inflated price for a couple of weeks then reduce it to the price it was always intended to sell it for. It did cross my mind because it was a Dreams own make and I couldn’t see why it was ever priced at £1480. But at £740 it was what I wanted and within my budget so I went for it and who knows maybe I was going a terrific bargain

In having to re-arrange my delivery date, I was informed that I would be charged £24 for an afternoon week day delivery. Having spent £2,600 at Dreams, I found this unacceptable. In the end the fee was waivered, as it should have been but I shouldn't have had to go backwards and forwards on the point. Re-arranging a delivery date and time should be made easier. I have to re-type numerous times my order number. I have to work in order to spend this amount of money at Dreams and expected greater flexibility.
