In having to re-arrange my delivery date, I was informed that I would be charged £24 for an afternoon week day delivery. Having spent £2,600 at Dreams, I found this unacceptable. In the end the fee was waivered, as it should have been but I shouldn't have had to go backwards and forwards on the point. Re-arranging a delivery date and time should be made easier. I have to re-type numerous times my order number. I have to work in order to spend this amount of money at Dreams and expected greater flexibility.

I tried for close to 40 minutes to set up an account online while on the phone to customer services, every time i filled in all required areas and then put in password and submited it asked for password again to set up an account. I did this about 10 times each time the same result my password was 14 charector long including upper case letter lowercase letters 1 numeric number and a special symbol. it just did not work i tried using chrome, firefox and MS edge broswers it was the same on each one. this was done while chatting to customer services and she even asked her manager/supervisor for help so there seem to be a glitch on your website

If honest with you - The store assistant at Tottenham Court Road was fantastic [an asset to the company]. My dissatisfaction is with the delivery aspect of my order as was late. He called a few days before to confirm a time, which was fine & had many emails / text messages to confirm a 2 hour slot. However on the day he was late, and in his words "May turn up by midnight!" Now, I took unpaid leave off work to wait inside for the shipment, so was not best pleased with this comment. I tried to call HQ but no one answered and by the time he turned up, I was still on hold! My annoyance is the fact I had to call the driver after the allocated time to ask where he was. I had no warning he was late! Then after his midnight comment, turned up 30 minutes later.... Having two jobs to balance, I was not pleased with the stress this caused.

The only reason I was not highly satisfied was because I have to wait for a long time for my item to be delivered other wise I am very satisfied especially with the service I have received from your colleague Denish ( I hope I spelled it correctly). He was very helpful, friendly but very professional.
