The only drawback is the time from ordering to delivery, which is not down to the customer service I received. Dinesh has been extremely helpful and was very professional throughout my visit

I was on holiday from work so would have appreciated a quicker delivery of 1 to 2 days which was being offered by Emma Mattress. The lack of dreams being able to provide this service this week meant I was charged extra for a Saturday delivery
