There was a delay in availability of the products that was not mentionned during my visit at the store. The mattress was supposed to be delivered in one week and it is finally going to take a month.

The experience at the store was excellent, I would not say that I am highly satisfied until the mattress is delivered, and that will not be for a few weeks.

I was highly satisfied by Bea from this Dreams, however, it was the previous experience that my partner and I had at Croyden Dreams which was upsetting.

1. We were pestered by 5 different staff as we went around. Understand it’s their job but there should be some sort of system where assistant realise someone’s been asked if they’re ok a couple of times. 2. Assistant was friendly but really didn’t listen to us when we said we were only after a mattress not a whole bed. Kept on showing us beds after we said we weren’t interested/ didn’t like the beds. We were happy enough with our mattress.

The prices seem far too high. Competitors offered similar products for much cheaper prices but in the event we were swayed by the quality of interactions with staff, particularly Bea (Burca) and Dinesh, and the fact that the store is close to my home so it easy to keep popping in there. We hope we are right in believing that your quality of products are higher than your competitors. The price for removal of the old bed is far too high, but by the time we realised there would be this charge and that they old bed doesn't even go to charity we were starting to grow exasperated with the length of the process and agreed to pay it rather than have to start the process again elsewhere - especially as we both agreed on the final product decision! We hope it meets our expectations and look forward to receiving it.

We went during the sale. Some items were discounted more than others however the ticket prices were not updated with the sale items. Would have also preferred that the delivery fee and set up costs to be itemised so we knew this before having it added on right at the very end of the sale process.

We try to purchase it at home, and it was de lined. A message on screen said unsuccessful this time and this would not affect your credit store. Went in store to order, and the sales man yes would affect my credit score? I was a bit annoyed with misleading information

Store could have been slightly nicer for the price I paid. Service was good in the store though. Not satisfied with the delivery, I paid extra for assembly however they refused to assemble on the day as they had 18 deliveries to do.
