The service I have receive priory to my arrival bt Mr Nesti and during arrival in store was amazing, the hospitality and safety beyond expectation.

James from the Tottenham courts road office was great and made it all super easy

James as incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful! We had no idea where to begin and James guided us expertly. Huge thanks to James!

Staff approached us right away, quickly assessed our needs and recommended a sleep assessment on the bed. He was prepared following the assessment and ushered us to a few beds that we were very happy with. When then sat down, made the order, and left. The whole process was very quick as result of Nesti's great knowledge and customer assessment - he knew what we wanted and could talk through various product pros and cons so we could quickly cut to the type of mattress best suited to both of us.

Staff were friendly and helpful

We were acknowledged as soon as we arrived and shown the safety measures in store. A colleague, I believe called Nesti talked us through the process. Showed us the sleep match, explained what it does and showed us various mattresses that he believed would suit us according to the results of the machine very patiently and talked us through the materials. His recommendation helped us choose the right mattress, a frame and even pillows.

Larry was great, listened to what we wanted, directed us to the most suitable beds to try (making sure we were safe while doing so by giving us appropriate covers for pillows and cleaning everything), gave us the appropriate amount of time and space to make our decisions without pressure and processed the purchase quickly with only a few days to wait for delivery A perfect shopping experience
