The main reason I wasn't highly satisfied is that I couldn't be given a delivery date for the item I purchased and that it would not be for at least another 6 weeks. Other than that, the visit was satisfactory, with quick service and a clean store.

I was very satisfied, but I already knew more or less what I wanted. The store was busy and I’m not sure if there was enough staff , for both floors to spend enough time with all the customers.

The store was full, it took longer than I expected to conclude. But the sales person that helped us was great. Very good coffee. Many options of mattress. The delivery time could be better.

I was satisfied, product was merely priced higher than my budget, so had nothing to do with staff
