The only options we were shown were quite high-end / high priced options. We have ended up being very satisfied, but nothing was shown to us in a lower price bracket.

I bought in spite of Nesti's aggressive sales behaviour not because of it. Would have preferred any other colleague to get a commission but was in a hurry and had to get to work. He was making up the most outlandish arguments as to why I wouldn't be able to purchase online, i.e. due to my recent move which I had told him about my credit card wouldn't be registered to that address, as if I could not have products shipped to any address I want to. Deeply annoying experience with little actual constructive advice on the beds.

I was happy with the service I received whilst shopping in the store , I did find the cost of the products are high in comparison to other stores or online. I felt like my time in the store was slightly rushed but over all I was happy

Pricing model of switching the exact same bed but naming it differently to put it on sale is a very poor practise. Also got quoted different prices by different sales people

I realise you can’t show everything in the store compared to what’s available online. I just think it’d be better to have an online hub/terminal in the shop showing what alternatives you offer. The colleagues could also be driven to offer internet alternatives too.

Just because the exact product (colour) I was looking for was not in store. However, the lady helping was able to show me what it looks like on line.

There were some very pleasant features to my visit - including being greeted warmly, the machine that measured and recommended a firmness of mattress. However, the mattress that I really wanted required 4 weeks to manufacture and deliver - as that meant I would be without a mattress for that period of time, I settled for a different mattress. Mimi was very helpful in trying to come up with solutions as to how I could still get the mattress I wanted, for example using an air mattress until the new mattress arrived. I appreciated that. Also, I wasn't expecting to pay as much as I did for my mattress. But I am generally satisfied with the product.

Everything was excellent but it was disappointing that the mattress I ordered could not be delivered sooner, I have to wait 15 days....

I was satisified, but it was unfortunate my bed couldn't be delivered until the middle of June. It was a bank holiday Monday, I felt the employees were less keen and when I have visited the store beofre.
