I wish there were more mattress options in the medium/ firm range. One was too soft for my husband and one too firm for me and not really any in-between options as I would have liked. Greater selections in firmness would be helpful to ensure we get the right mattress.

Everything was smooth and great, with a very lovely assistant, Bea, helping me. Only reason I'm not highly satisfied is because of the amount of money I (wasn't expecting to) spent/d! I hope it is worth is, though based on reviews it is!

The divan bases didn't seem as high quality as I would have liked. A quick glance around the store and one could clearly see it was hard to get the mattresses to fit on them, and additionally the headboards were all wobbly. I feel like a >£1k bed base should have a higher quality look and feel.

The service was perfectly satisfactory but that is what I would expect. If it weren't I wouldn't have placed an order. Highly satisfactory would be something unexpected - like 10% off.

I am 38 weeks pregnant and my bed got broken in our house move. I needed a bed by 12/02/2019 unfortunately the soonest delivery date was 19/02/2019, however this turned into 21/02/2019 when i came to place the order as it is a 'live' system. Dinesh and James were very helpful and tried different products to see if there was an earlier date available which there wasn't. It was due to their customer service that i decided to still buy with Dreams. As this is an exceptional circumstance I would expect there to be more flexibility with delivery dates. Not just 'computer says no'

Experience at Dreams store was good. Very helpful sales assistant. However it is the additional cost of services that I object to. If you're paying over £500, then I would want certain costs such as instalment and/or removal of old items to be free of charge.

I walked out of the shop after I placed the order and forgot to pick up the mattress cover , realised it after 5 mins so had to go back again to the shop to pick it up,it would have be nice If the sales call me on my mobile as I just placed the order with my contact in the system,but overall satisfy with the purchase.

My experience was satisying. there is some room for improving, i have highlighted below: - when purchasing, the customer should be able to visualise the full bed. i bought headboar, base and mattress seperatly but had to use imagination to see them togther. if there was a quick way on screen to put all 3 togther in a 3d mock up it would have been great!
