I was not happy at the fact that I had to spend over 500 pounds in order to qualify for the interest free finance.

I would have liked to have more colours available for beds in the Tempur range apart from black and grey

Everything was very good actually. The only problem was the long wait for delivery but this was due to the Christmas season. I would have really appreciated receiving my beds before Christmas however.

I’m highly satisfied but it’s a bit expensive

Delivery times of +2.5 weeks is too long

Staff had lack of experience about the item First I was told it is out of stock Later I was looking around for the item I was Looking for and it was in stock

Overall the service was excellent. The only complaint I would have is that I had to push for prices.

Fw of the items which i wanted to see were not available in the store and few bed frames i could not get in the required fabric of my choice

Service was fine, store layout was fine, didn't expect anymore. Not mind blowing just as expected.

Items were out of stock so I had no choice of type and color, and had to buy duvet and duvet cover of another size.
