The value for our purchase was not outstanding as cheaper alternatives were available elsewhere. But Dinesh was lovely and helpful.

The shop assistant was extremely helpful but more staff is needed at busy times.

The waiting time for placing orders can be quite long

As trained expert, the info should come from the shop assistant,

I would like to be able to try other mattresses that i have found online, not all of them were on show.
