Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted with a “Good Afternoon”. I noticed that there was boxes and items (it looked like a delivery had been received) lying around all over the store and in particular at the front of the shop. It was very messy! One of the 3 colleagues in store was sorting the delivery, however it didn’t need to be scattered all over the shop floor. Bad first impression which the staff turned around and I left the shop with a good experience.

Everything was really good but took me a while to understand the differences with the special offers and all the diffrent styles. but overall i am very happy

The store was cluttered but the assistance received from shop assistants was exceptional. Our sales rep was very friendly and courteous. We had a document from another Dreams store that specified the model number of the mattresses we were interested in buying. However we were shown a different but similar model in store and the order was placed accordingly. Unfortunately we didn’t realise until we received the mattress that the wrong order was placed in store. However, we called Dreams to explain the situation and they graciously agreed to exchange the wrong mattress for the right one with a good turn around time for collection and delivery. Will definitely shop at Dreams again....but would definitely prefer an in-store experience to the website. Modernising the showrooms would be a nice feature. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in both the Clapham and Tottenham Court Road stores. Special mention to Narvinder at TCR store and Phil (DJ Phil Good) at Clapham store!!

First of all you must put all the mattresses with the same level of firmness very close together in your shop floor so the customers can try and chose between them more easily. Second of all your terms and condition is very Machiavellistic. Everything in your terms and condition is in YOUR favour. What does mean I have only 48 hours for amendments? And I bought my mattress on Saturday and more than 24 hours out of that 48 hours is Sunday. And then when it comes to delivery, you deliver a single bloody mattress over 15 days after receiving the full price and you call yourself "bed specialist"??? I have seen suppliers who don't call themselves "specialist" can deliver faster.

the whole experiece was very very good, Dinesh, gentleman who helped me was informative and we discussed the bed frame I thought I wnated but he explained I would be much happier and have more pleasant dreams with the divan I bought. I was very satisfied

I was as satisfied as I could be. You could even say I was 'highly satisfied' if you prefer but as I am a low-key kind of person .. satisfied seems to suit my needs better. Hope that's ok.

The available delivery time for the mattress we wanted was too long so we opt out of getting the mattress because of the delivery times. The colleague who assisted us was great, could not fault her customer service, very helpful and friendly and did everything she could to help us. Overall a very good experience and we will have the bed ready to move into our new place that day.

I just think that satisfied its good enough. And its not about been highly satisfied with a purchase. Im happy with the choice, the service, the product and that is enough.
