After a while I managed to work out the display of your pricing system but, to work out the combination that I want rather than what you choose to display, it would be good to have a parts price list. Maybe this could be a printed sheet near the entrance. For example, how much is a gas spring system, how much is the basic bedframe, how much are the headboards? It took along time to realise that gas spring lift could be fitted to any frame - before that I was hunting for which models had a lift.

Eventually found what we were looking for even though it was pricey

The delivery time of over 2 weeks isn’t great.

I felt moderately pressured into the sale, and the store was not as big as some of the stores further out (visited one in central london, to be expected).

Colour of Divan base we wanted was out of stock.

Your order system does not accept Belgian mobile phone number. I had to specify a UK phone number, but I have none. (Delivery address is my apartment in London, I have no landline.)

Price can be cheaper and I was hoping to get 20% off as you advertised

1) The store itself looked messy and had a "cheap" look (i.e., discounter or sample sale feeling). There could be major improvements in this experience. 2) At Dreams we had a less "personalised" shopping experience. At other stores we were welcomed, appointed a personal adviser/salesman who took an intake (questions and measuring pressure points) and assisted us. In overall, Dreams could make the shopping experience more special rather than having a "business as usual" experience (bed are expensive and customers only buy them once in 8-10 years, so it is a special purchase, just like purchasing a new car).

I indicated that I was satisfied, which is enough. To me, highly satisfied is a superlative thatI would only use in exceptional cases.
