I was actually looking for a model of bed I had seen online, but it was no longer available for sale, either online or in the shop, without it being specified on the website.

The computer system seemed very slow to register the purchase and I had way too much paperwork to sign.

Purchase process took a little longer than usual, otherwise the sales colleague was extremely helpful and friendly during our interaction

I was served by Luka. She was very helpful and friendly. Happy with my purchase andthe bed looks beautiful. I was a little concerned about the price of the products and found them quite expensive initially but happy if product is durable.

I didn't give highly satisfied as I wanted to see s real swab of the walnut version of the wood and that's not available. Also I would hv liked to buy matching bedside cabinets but felt choice was very limited. In terms of the girl, Luka, serving me, I am highly satisfied. She was extremely helpful

I was satisfied with experience - was shocked at the price of mattress. It's been many years since I have purchased a new bed and perhaps I am of an age where every penny counts

Overall it was a very good experience and the store assistant was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything in a lot of detail. The only constructive feedback I have is that the purchase process is quite lengthy and we had to repeat our details a few times as the computer wouldn't retain. If this could be fast-tracked we would be highly satisfied.

In general in was a great experience. We knew what we wanted and Rajina helped us get there. She even managed to up sell but for all items that we needed, so happy with that. My only complaint, and its a small one because I am not a good negotiator. We only planned to buy one mattress but were wiling to buy two if the price we could be given a discount. Rajina agreed to this but in the end only gave us £34 off the entire purchase because 'that is all management allows'. We had a great experience with Rajina, I'm just aware that is not the most honest reason for the small discount.

I would have preferred to see displayed the sofa bed I bought, to better understand the specs. this is because in the store the didn't know whether the chaise could have been adjustable left or right. In fact I've been told it was just as per the picture. (which didn't work for me). Actually after me checking in details the specs and calling your hot line I got confirmation it is adjustable. on the delivery time I'd had need faster delivery
